Dr. Edmiston is truly a great doctor. My visits with him are never rushed, he takes his time to address all my questions and concerns and always does a general checkup of me, even if Im coming for something specific. His staff is courteous and professional and helpful. Each visit he'll mention a new study he's read related to my health concerns and like to share information as it relates to innovations for treatments of my conditions. Truly wonderful bedside manner.

Dr Edmiston typifies the classic, old school family physician. He takes his time, is highly knowledgeable, is very hands on (takes the patient's blood pressure himself and even draws blood when needed), and is an excellent listener and diagnostician. He is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend Dr Edmiston.

Truly a caring physician who cares about his patients and his fellow human beings. A physician who actually listens to his patients and is able to diagnose the ailment. One of the few good Doctors in the greater South Florida area.

Won’t waste your time and money doing unneeded tests and referrals. Cares about his patients. Might spend some time waiting to see him but when you do see him he spends time with you, makes sure to answer all questions, and follows up with anything you need.

Although the wait was a long one I will continue coming back. Dr. Edmiston truly took the time to sit and talk to me and listen to me. Great bedside manner and he truly makes you feel like he really cares and is there to help you. Next time I know to just take the first appointment of the day. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

Had an appointment today. I was informed that my copay would be higher because I hadn't made edmiston my pcp on my insurance. I called my insurance and they changed the pcp to edmiston. When I informed the administrative worker she informed me that it did not matter and the copay would still be charged as a specialist. I asked her to call my insurance company and confirm that edmiston was now my pcp and my copay could reflect a pcp visit. She informed that she was too busy to call and could not help. I decided that was my cue to take my business elsewhere. Additionally this dr does not have medical malpractice coverage and has you sign a waiver to acknowledge

Staff is so incompetent&horribly rude/unfriendly. Makes all communication with doctor impossible. But doctor is wonderful!
