There are no words how wonderful this practice is, I have been coming to see Dr Bach for many years ! Always fast , friendly , visit! The staff is always so helpful with getting my issues solved for me, Jackie & Linda work the front desks , Collett is my nurse, I just can't thank them enough! Dr Bach is the best doctor I ever had! She is patient , listens to all my issues! Never ever rushes you ! I honestly don't know what I would do without this practice thank all of you and I hope I got your name right!

Dr. Bach is the most caring efficient Doctors I have ever been to! I also have always had very professional service from her staff..... I am so fortunate to have her as my primary physician.

I can not say enough about how lovely Dr. Bach and her staff are, This practice is so professional , educated. but most of all always helps you with what ever problem you have, If your sick, they will get you in as soon as possible, Dr. Bach is just well I love her, She has helped me with so many issues I have , Always gives you ALL the time you need, , never ever rush! Thank you to the entire staff for always helping me.

Same thing happened to me as everyone else on here…I recently received new insurance and my assigned PCP doctor was Dr. Bach. I called to confirm this and I was greeted by a rude and non-compassionate receptionist. When I stated that I was assigned to Dr.Bach her reaction was “We’re not accepting new patients, this is like new” and then when I asked when will she be available or will you update your website that says she is accepting new patients I received a “Yeah….I don’t know…” Ok, cool thanks. It took me a month to switch my doctor to her and now I am turned away and will have to search for a new doctor. FIND SOMEONE ELSE TO ANSWER YOUR PHONES. It takes more effort to be rude than it does to be nice. We're all just human beings who are looking to be treated with respect no matter what the situation is at hand.

Highly disappointing experience! I changed my pcp and chose Dr Bach because she specializes in internal medicine. The website says she is taking new patients but when I called to make an appointment the receptionist informed me that they aren't taking new patients regardless of what the website states. She offered no apologies nor did she assure me that the error would be corrected or that they would even try and do something about it. She was seriously lacking compassion and her tone was inappropriate. She didn't even state her name when answering. It's also disappointing because there is a review from TWO YEARS ago by a 'Billy Winters' that states the same exact story. I mean c'mon it's been two years and they continuously have the same discrepancy as to what the website says and what they are actually doing. That's unacceptable and ridiculous. I would give it no stars if it was an option. They don't even deserve one.

I saw Dr. Bach a few times, but didn't go to my annual for 2 years. I understand it was a while, but when they called to schedule it the last time, they informed me about being booked for months in advance. The date available provided was after the summer and during my school schedule. I am in a masters program and work full-time, so my schedule is very tight and since they are not open on Sat, it leaves me with hardly any options. I called for an inhaler RX since Hurricane Dorian is coming and she DENIED me an inhaler. I am NOT asking for a drug RX. I'm asking to breath and live. I am going to speak to a lawyer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent office staff go above and beyond to help me and communicate with my specialists. Dr. Bach is compassionate, spends extended time with me, and really listens. Highly recommended.

Dr. Linda Bach is an incredibly wonderful doctor and diagnostician. When you are there for a visit you have her undivided attention and never feel rushed. When you have an appointment with her you do not have long waiting times in the waiting room. The few times I've had a sore throat or UTI, the staff has fit me in. Dr. Bach is attentive and empathetic; everything you need in a doctor. Her staff is as wonderful as she is. I'm so happy to have her as my doctor. Merrill M Lipowsky
