After sitting on hold for 25 minutes i deiced to call back, maybe they forgot... after explaining my issue for the second time i was then put on hold again where i didn't wait as long just to call back and redirected to the after hours computer line more then 45 minutes before closing time, couldn't even get an appointment and their still not closed. that's just laziness.
Dr Carr has been my doc for 30 years and is the best doctor I’ve seen. Unfortunately, he’s so well liked it’s very difficult to see him and he’s always over booked so expect to wait. He’s retiring soon and when he does I’ll be looking for another office as he sold his practice to the Palm Beach Medical group and the new doctors aren’t nearly as good.
After writing a review this question system did Not put ALL FIVE STARS ON EVERYTHING......ONLY thing that has changed is his staff, hard to work with
I have been a patient of dr Carr’s for 20 yrs...he is extremely smart, honest, great personality...he Cares about his patients...He listens to us also...he will be retiring and I will seriously miss him and knowing I can trust him...
I’ve been a patient of Dr. CarR for many years. It’s a very caring and compassionate doctor. I recommend him Whole heartedly.
Almost 40 years, met when he was in ER room at Jupiter Hospital. Helped guide me through my cancer treatments. He was always there even when I was seeing doctors in Orlando. You could not do better!
Was ordered blood work by Dr. Abreu in the office. When I got to the test lab, it was incorrect. The lab called the dr office and Angie proceeded to send it incorrect again. After an hour of waiting I called Angie which went on to say I was mistaken and the rest were correct. The test she was referring to had nothing to do with the condition I was being tested for. I leave the lab and Ronny calls me and clarifies everything and says he is re sending my lab work to go again in the morning. When I got there in the morning it was not there I call and Angie picks up again and says without letting me talk that I spoke to Ronnie and puts me on hold. I held for over 10 min when I drove to the office and got there still on hold asked for her and she says to hold I tell her I’m still on hold with you on the phone as well. She proceeded to be rude on my face I asked for manager and she said to wait and closed window in my face. Then came the manager Kate and she was just as bad. She blew me off and said for me to sit and wait for her to get my lab work script and closed window as well. She then brought it to me blew me off like nothing. I told her she was going to lose a patient and she basically said she didn’t care. Gave her my info for dr to call me and still waiting. Please stay free of this place!!!
Dr. Carr is by far the best Doctor I have come to know and trust during my 51 year stent in this world. He Listens to you and works with you on a plan of care. He is unique and simply an amazing Doctor and Individual. I even love his staff as they are professional and empathetic. You will rarely find such a great Doctor, individual and simply said a great soul !!
I've been a patient of Dr. Carr for over 10 years,I've had my children to to Dr. Carr and he is the best. He knows what he is doing and can diagnosis what you have very quickly by listening. Old school which I like and has a great demeanor always great to visit, even when your not feeling well.
I took off work for an appointment; got there - no appointment was ever recorded for me. I explained that I had taken time from work to be at this appointment, something I can't afford to do. A woman behind the counter rudely said, "...we can't see her today" - twice (although I was just as close to her as the receptionist). Her demeanor was so rude, I asked to speak with the doctor. I told Dr. Carr that I understand mistakes happen, but the woman was being very rude. As I was leaving, the woman followed me out and told me in front of the other patients waiting in the lobby to leave HER office. When I asked Dr. Carr if I should leave, he said yes. People go to the doctor when they feel sick, as I was that day. My husband was a 20+ year patient, my brother-in-law and mother-in-law. We held Dr. Carr in high esteem. I wouldn't go back on a dare.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
