Dr. Santos is great, he’s very nice and you don’t feel rushed with him as you’re meeting with him, you can ask him as many questions as you would like. I however may not be returning to this office because his office and administrative staff is very poor and difficult to work with. They will not call you back to give you your results. I also requested that they fill out a Quest Diagnostics form for my employer to get HSA credits and they never completed the form. Another time I wanted to ask the doctor a quick question that I forgot to ask after one of my appointments and they would not let me talk to him. So due to all of these issues with the administrative staff I will not be returning here and I would not recommend this office.

Muy Mal servicio al Cliente Cuidado me han estafado mandando mis labs anuales a un sitio nuevo y como nunca antes ,Ahora me estan cobrando $300 cuando este servicio era supuestamente FREE que rateros y no es la primera vez la otra vez fue por menos dinero .

No issues with Dr. Santos he’s actually a good doctor. Unfortunately his office staff is rude and unprofessional. You’re often placed on hold immediately and then continually hang up on. Once you manage to speak to someone they say they aware busy that’s the reason for constant disconnected calls. Try to make an appointment and you be waiting weeks. The secretary’s will ask for you general complaint and when provided they will say they need more to give you an appointment and if you don’t like it go to an urgent care. They won’t call you for results. It comes a time when it doesn’t matter how good the doctor is it’s not worth the hassle when it takes an act of god to get an appointment. Side note once you advise the office you’re withdrawing from the practice and writing a review. They all of a sudden have an appointment for you. I opted to just leave the office.
