My son took a fall while skiing on a trip to Steamboat. We did not know his thumb was fractured until 1 week later. It was then that we discovered he had various unusual fractures that had begun to fuse incorrectly.It was by sheer grace that Nicklaus Children's Hospital referred us to Dr. Berger. Because of his training and talented gifts, he was able to restore my son's thumb to full mobility. I highly recommend Dr. Berger. After injuring my pinky (due to what i thought at the time was a jammed finger) i was recommended to Dr. Berger. He quickly informed of the gravity of my situation. It became quickly apparent that Dr. Berger and his team were extremely knowledgable and true experts in their field. My injury was very serious, i had fractured the middle phalangeal bone of my pinky in 4 places. However, Dr. Berger and his team were able to perform a minimally invasive surgery without a hitch. Due to the Dr. Berger, who is by no doubt a perfectionist, and his team i was able to make a full recovery and regain full range of motion and strength of my pinky.I am fully confident in saying that had i gone elsewhere to get my surgery my results would have not been the same. Dr. Berger and his team truly went above and beyond for me and my injury, even as far as staying late in the office to make sure my surgery was scheduled and providing me with information for one of the best Hand Therapy offices. The after surgery care was unparalleled as well. I always had weekly appointments with x-rays and follow ups. During the follow-ups i was truly able to see that Dr. Berger and his team are people who truly care about the well being and recovery of their patients. I am super grateful to have had the opportunity to have Dr. Berger as my surgeon as well as his entire team to help me throughout this whole process. I cannot thank Dr. Berger and his team enough for everything they have done for me. Thanks to Dr. Berger, his PA. Wes, Surgical Coordinator Natalie and Diana i am finally able to get back to doing the things i love, and it was all thanks to Dr. Berger and his amazing staff.

About three months ago Dr. Berger performed flexer tendon surgery on my middle finger. His outstanding knowledge and expertise allowed for me to feel comfortable during the whole process. I am extremely satisfied I made the decision to work with Dr. Berger and highly recommend him.

Dr. Berger worked on my son's right arm that had various problems with care, knowledge and dedication. Follow-ups had been very pleasant and useful. He has excellent skills and ways of treatment. I'm also impressed with his plastic surgery skills, overall an A+ experience! Recommend!
