The customer service is awful. They’re rude to their patients and treat patients like a number in a factory. There is no scheduled appointment time. They tell you to come in between 8-11 as if people have time to wait around. I would never come again

Horrible office! Expect to wait 2 hours min. Office looks very dirty. We saw a staff member staring at a pictures on the wall that have been up since 1998. Find a new cardiologist. Baptist shouldn’t be referring all their NICU patients here.

Where do I start? Everyone in the front desk is rude except for one lady that was very helpful and nice. The doctor himself is a major jerk. My daughter went in because she had palpitations. He repeatedly told her she was fat and she was acting. Aside from that they don’t do appointments, so you have to wait for hours. Please don’t waste you time. Find someone that has respect for his patience.

Dr Aldousany is a wonderful doctor!!!! But I’ve left a voicemail and called multiple times have not been able to get in contact to schedule an appointment.

Avoid at all costs!Let’s start by stating that we are still in the middle of a pandemic, at a time were cases are rising in Florida to record numbers.. and this office.. Cardiologists.. already treating high risk patients.. gives everyone an 8 appointment.Literally about 40 people standing on that narrow hallway and small office lobby..waiting to be seen first come first serve… and the rude staff will also leave you wondering what you’re getting into.There are doctors… people born to care for their patients.. and there are business men.. only the money they can make matters. This case is obviously number 2.Don’t recommend it.. not returning.

Very disgusted and unhappy with Xocy. If that’s the correct name she actually gave me. I called into schedule two appointments for my kids. She was super rude and she thought it was really funny the situation of my kids health. Never in 19 years that I’ve been taking my kids to check ups with any doctors. Have I ever experience somebody laughing at me explaining my kids health to them. I asked to speak to a manager or also a doctor just to let them know how having somebody like that in the front desk could impact their business. As for Xocy, sweetie if you’re working with kids or also with the adults and you consider any of their health‘s being funny. You should get a new job and take your job a little bit more seriously. Or if you were just having a bad day, call in sick. Because I’m gonna make sure nobody ever goes to that office that I know personally. Hope you all have a blessed day.

Gracias a Dios tuve la dicha de encontrarme este doctor ; es mi angel; gracias por existir aldousani excelente profesional entregado a sus pacienticos; yo personalmente estaba viviendo una pesadilla con el obstetra Dr marimon inhumano quien me insistia q mi bebe no podia nacer porque venia con problemas del corazon; solo les digo a todas esas madres que esten en esta situacion busquen opiniones medicas no se rindan; gracias gracias aldousani porque mi hija alexa ya tiene su añito; este medico en una eminencia mi Angel el que no me dejo que me rindiera🤗🤗🤗🤗🙏Dios te Bendiga

He is the best! He has been my cardiologist since I was in my mom's womb at six months along until I was a teenager and my condition normalized. He has shown his knowledge, patience and kindness. I would highly recommend him.

Es un excelente Doctor. Tiene mucha empatía por sus pacientes y familiares. Tiene su don y vocación médica, amanecer un domingo a las 6 de la mañana en el hospital para ver a sus pacientes demuestra su cualidades y profesionalismo. Su calificación como doctor está súper calificado. Y si hay que esperar en su sala de su consulta es una muestra de que es el mejor en su especialidad, preocupante sería que no hubiera nadie en su consulta.He is an excellent Doctor. He has a lot of empathy for his patients and families. He has his gift and medical vocation, waking up on a Sunday at 6 in the morning at the hospital to see his patients shows his qualities and professionalism. His qualification as a doctor is super qualified. And if you have to wait in his consulting room to show that he is the best in his specialty, it would be worrying if there was no one in his office.
