Wonderful doctor, very knowledgeable in his field always willing to listen.

I am amazed with Dr. Murillo! He accommodated an appointment for my husband on short notice, he thoroughly explained the epidural procedure, and his strategy (given a block at the level of the herniated disk), and he quickly and efficiently took care of my husband. Two hours later, there is pain relief that my husband hasn't had in weeks. Dr. Murrillo was kind, compassionate and skilled in his delivery of care. A gentleman physician!

The staff here is absolutely disgusting. Very rude and no knowledge or customer service skills. Go somewhere else

Due to severe pain of a shoulder I was scheduled to meet this "doctor" whose office did accept my insurance. My 10am appointment was cancelled and they only offered me two others at 830am the next day. Ok, no car but we can manage. When I got there many of the above descriptions held true, and I regret not having read reviews prior. Much paper work, got my x-rays and files faxed in, met an assistant who asked questions and I did my very best. Eventually Murillo steps in saying the x-rays showed nothing, and when I suggested an MRI he agreed, wrote me a script then disappeared, all 3 minutes that I was granted - no interest in knowing what might ail me, nothing. Scheduled an appointment with a MRI facility but the bloody office never came through with necessary authorization requests, day after day, very bad at answering calls, a week goes by, everything cancelled and I'm left with my pains hunting down a new MD. Stay away from as unprofessional a facility as it gets!

He's trying to get my insurance to pay for a prescription himself.

Love him! best pain doctor ever, he did an epidural block on me and I barely even felt it! he has wonderful hands and is amazing at what he does! <3

Save your money, rude staff, front desk cursing out a storm, front desk area looks like a car repair front desk, the front desk personnel read my credit card Outlook to her coworker, made fun of a patient that was on pain, never bothered to look at my medical records, did not take my vitals, doctor was dismissive, I tried to show him my records where the oncologist recommended pain killers, he only have me prednisone, did not help. Called, front desk was rude, told me to find someone else when I told her the doc was dismissive and needed him to check charts, donde to nurse, nurse was pleasant but not helpful, told me to tough the pain out for a week until prednisone worked. She your money and time. I had written a more detailed review before but got deleted.

If your looking for a doctor to coddle you you have come to the wrong guy. But if you want straight forward answers to your questions and a good solid doctor that knows more about stimulators and implantable pain pumps then he is the greatest. Trust me I’ve had 10 back surgeries over the years including 5 spinal fusions I’ve seen doctors around the country and he is as carrying and capable as any I’ve ever been to. I have no clue if he is the best surgeon has done 3 solid surgeries for me and everything worked out pretty good but it’s his bed side manner that he shines he won’t spend time with you unless you’ve asked and then he is straight out with it. Appointments are easy to get his staff are all great have never had the slightest complaint. Anyway not sure where the negative reviews come from I’m guess they want what can’t be provided he is for sure thr first doctor of choice for me in pain and I drive across the state to get there for 7 years now.

I have a great experience with the doctor .he was very profesional Took plenty of time explaining me about my desease ..he truly care about his patient .I .aim very satisfying
