Very professional staff. I am extremely pleased with the treatment and atencion my husband received from Dr. Arrieta.

I answered the questions sent with the text message confirmation thinking I will not have to do anything else the day of the appoint and ALL information was correct. The receptionist handed me a tablet when I arrived. I told her I already sent the inf, her answer was: “ I know, but I lost the last part of the questionnaire… “ that upset me. Anyway I took the tablet and started and realized there was inf that was not in the previous one or needed a more updated answer. Why she couldnt explain instead of saying I lost it. Evidently, It was Friday and I felt that everyone including Dr Arrieta, were ready to leave the office. After the examination I mentioned to Dr Arrieta some symptoms and he said: I am going to send you something for that, remind me when you come back from the hearing test. He didn’t have a chart to write anything down, I have Never been asked to “Remind a Dr of a prescription before! When I came back to see him after the test, he explained the results and asked me to go with him. While walking out and through the hallway, with his back toward me, he was saying something (doesn’t he realize that a patient with hearing loss, needs that you stand in front of her so she can read your lips??? That is being very inconsiderate, this person has already the stress of trying to understand what you are saying. Can’t you make life a little bit easier for them and take the time….?) He took me to another office to see a lady that I thought was to fit me with the hearing aids, no, it was to make an appoint. He never gave me the prescription for the medication. I have called the office several times and no one answers, left messages explaining the reason for my call, my information for a call back.and to this date I am Still Waiting for Someone to Call Me Back. All my doctors are from Baptist and I have always left satisfied with their care and service. Unfortunately, not this time. Very disappointed.

I wanna start of by saying how overall pleased I am with the outcome of my surgery with Dr. Augustin Arrieta for my tonsils. 10/10 recommend, very nice, easy going and understanding as well, surgery was smooth and recovery was amazing. My first appointment with him was great as well as my second appointment after the surgery.

Dr. Arrieta is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I was having a horrible pain in my neck and headaches. After many tests and thanks God all with negative results but no final diagnosis, I made an appointment with Dr. Arrieta, after an intensive examination by him, he diagnosed that I have Temple Mandibular Disorder (TMD). Dr. Arrieta was the only doctor who knew what I was having and I was able to get proper treatment. Awesome doctor!

Best ENT and surgeon.  Had to have a thyroidectomy.  He did such an outstanding job when I went to my endocrinologist after, the staff kept asking where I had my revision surgery.  When I would tell them it was Dr. Arrieta, they were floored.  They would always tell me when I would go back, they cannot believe he did such a good job.  His bedside manner is fantastic.  Makes you feel at ease.  Few doctors I trust blindly, he is one of them.
