I’ve been seeing Dr Chu for about five years now. He’s knowledgeable, cares for his patients, and tries his best to help them. He has a great “bedside manner,” listening and taking into consideration people’s complaints and concerns. He performed my sinus surgery four years ago and even called me at home afterward to follow up. His staff is friendly and considerate. Getting in to see the doc is fairly quick. For anyone looking for an ENT, I can’t recommend him enough! My husband and I are going in for a sleep study through his office (he detected a problem when he scoped me to determine why i have a persistent cough and suggested I had sleep apnea and that’s what is causing my throat and sinus issues). He knows his stuff! And he is a very caring and considerate doctor. You’re in good hands with him and his staff!

Dr. CHU is by far the most ethical, thorough, professional ENT there is in Miami. He TRULY takes pride in his work and in helping you breathe better. If you have been struggling like me for many years with sinus issues, you need someone who will do the right job to ensure you are able to breathe with as little risk and pain as possible. Dr. CHU is the one who can make that happen for you. He did for me and I am so grateful. I’m still healing, it’s been a month and two days today.. and I unfortunately now have Covid and struggling with pneumonia but I am still grateful to him for being able to breathe better prior to this. It was clear what I needed to do when I got home, and the most important thing he did for me was call in to check on me during the healing process. It gave me peace during that time, especially when I had some questions, he always made me feel like I can call him anytime if I needed anything. He was also communicating the entire time of the surgery which made me feel comforted. I HIGH RECOMMEND Dr. CHU. There truly is no one better to get you breathing healthy again. And his staff is wonderful, and makes the entire process super smooth for you

Dr. Alan Chu is an excellent doctor working with very rude staff members. I left several messages for the doctor/assistant for follow up concerns, including a test he ordered and took over 5 weeks to schedule. The clerk at the office finally called and she hanged up on me after telling me she was the one who had taken the messages and that as long as I got the procedure scheduled that is all that matter. It wasn't her job to decide that when my hearing was as stake. Rude AND inept staff. Please don't go to this location. I am truly sorry Dr. Shu has such rude staff at his 154th practice.

No words. By far the best doctor I have met. He is an ENT, but the best doctor experience I’ve have EVER. This is his calling.
