Not careful with patient health. Makes mistakes with patients prescriptions not accommodating with rescheduling appointments. Writes and refills prescriptions without actually seeing patient. Has a tolerance of up to 5 minutes late that's fine but does not offer to accommodate or reschedule the appointment. Cuts patient medication without telling the patient. Does not care about patients concerns or overall health.

He's an amazing doctor but his staff is very rude he is very knowledgeable and very compassionate it and takes the time to get to know everything that's wrong with you and gets to the bottom of it but his stuff is either overwhelmed or just inconsiderate

Great Dr. but terrible staff, and could easily wait 3 hours to see him!!

Very uncooperative, unhelpful staff. One receptionist, Stephanie-never knows anything that is going on in office, refers you to office manager, Lisandra, whom she is never there so whats the point in having an office manager that is never there to "manage". Doctor is great and knowledgeable but when dealing with his administrative staff, they are ghetto ass bird women whom you can tell are paid minimum wage and uneducated and don't care to be there but only for a paycheck thus putting unecessary strain to sick patients whom doesnt have energy to go and deal with the he said she said back and forth crap and whom they never want to take accountabilty. My advise, if you can stay away from this office do so for your own good. Office itself is not very clean or modern either. Very outdated and old dingy looking with a stench of an old man's fart odor in the air. Sadly, that is true and I am not trying to be comical.

he done alot for me I love him as dr. I can talk to him bout anything can ask him ?s if need to. He never cared I didn't have money. He gave me my results and they say if ppl don't get results from dr it neg before he my dr it was on news or somewhere drs will only say if shows something. I never got results of tests if neg from other drs so don't complain if dr cortes don't say or call you cause it good neg if call then it positive for something. He comes straight out with it. It shouldn't matter wait time cause if you go to a dr wait time shorter no telling if dr mistake. I never had issues with dr cortes staff they good with me... Depends on day they having cause there could be patients that can be rowdy and they may not be doing wrong to them maybe they need help of patients to laugh. If you disrespectful to them more likely they gonna be on edge. On time in my eyes cause dr cortes worth it... Plus he tells you no lies oh he dr who can forget depending on other patients situations.

The staff is not helpful. The doctor is a good doctor but you wait for up for 2 to 3 hours to see him. He has a very busy office. He need the help of another doctor.

Staff SUCKS!!!!!! Was sent for blood work, other tests never got results. Office is dirty. DO NOT GO THERE UNLESS U WANT TO WAIT HOURS TO SEE THE DR. AND BE MISTREATED BY HIS TERRIBLE STAFF!!!!
