I won't describe my experience because many others already have. What I would say to you, reader, is look at the 'owner responses' to their clients. That will tell you enough. Also they asked me to leave a good review (look at the reviewers that give 5 stars that have never reviewed anything else except this to see the deceitful inflation). Needless to say, i laughed and said "sure thing!"

Muy buen servicio . Los appointment para consulta son bien rápidos al igual que la asistencia por parte del personal. En la Resepcion son muy amables y respetuosos y responde con prontitud a las preguntas . La clínica muy bien decorada y limpia por eso doy 5 estrellas porque aunque vengas enfermo, triste , preocupado o deprimido siempre hay una atención especial para solucionar cada problema . Bendiciones sigan trabajando como hasta hora .

Somos un matrimonio, clientes de esta clínica hace muchos años, siempre satisfechos por sus servicios, muy profesionales. I went to this Primary Doctor because I had a common cold sore throat and ear ache. As I walked in the receptionist (pitbull attitude lady) they have that is determinted to turn people back told me she could not accept me because I did not have an appointment and they DO NOT ACCEPT WALK INs, (which is absurd to me) How can a Primary Doctor not accept walk ins ? I am an established patient and I have been for 6+ years when their office was half the size it is now, back then the office was nicer and the doctor’s wife was always there making sure their patients were being treated right. But moving on, she told me to go to an UrgentCare to get tested for COVID & FLU, then told me she could offer me a TeleMedicine Consult for the next day, If I am feeling sick at the moment why do I have to wait for the next day to be seen through a video call. Normally when a patient is in need/feeling sick and does not have an appointment (because I did not know I was going to feel sick that very moring) you normally would offer them to wait and you try to squeeze them in as soon as you have a cancellation because that is what Primary Doctors are for, to prescribe you whatever you need for common colds, pains, cough, etc, if you have a more urgent matter you go to a Hospital or a Specialist. Well thats not the case in this facility. Make sure to have an appointment if you are going to this Primary Doctor because their protocol is very strict and the repctionist (pitbull attitude lady) will make sure of that.

I had the best experience. Really good staff and the doctor is excellent! I will definitely recommend this medical practice.
