This doctor does not provide adequate services and is extremely expensive. He does not care about you. Just cares about charging you money.

I'm pt of Dr. Ferro for more than ten years and he is the best OBGYN Dr. I ve ever met. His staff also is amazing and very family friendly.

Dr Ferro helped deliver my child and was amazing. I ran into complications during the pregnancy and his knowledge strength and confidence helped me past a scary time. Thank you!!

Be aware of this Doctor and the Staff. They order procedures and invoices not related to your visit. Be very aware of the scam they have with customers and insurance companies.

I made an appointment with Dr Ferro and was not happy at all. I let them know I was a high risk pregnancy and they took my appointment. After arriving, I filled out paperwork and gave them a sample of my urine. The Dr came in and spent less than 10 minutes with me to tell me he could not take my case. They still charged me copay and did not even test my urine since it was part of the first appointment. Not the best Dr experience. Not worth it. His staff was very nice.

It really pains me to write this review because Alex Ferro truly is a knowledgeable doctor, and he is very gentle and all around great, as is his staff. His nurse practitioner Juny is the sweetest person you'll ever meet as well as Arleen, the girl at the front desk. I have called with various concerns before and they've all been very helpful and kept tabs with me until my next appointment. Due to certain changes in circumstance, I had to change my health insurance provider and request government help. Unfortunately, Dr. Ferró doesn't accept that insurance and that's absolutely understandable. I ended up moving too far from his office to continue going and my due date is in the next two-three weeks. Today, after explaining to Arleen why I was switching over doctors, she was very understanding and helpful and put me on the phone with Aileen-the billing employee- who threatened me and completely humiliated me for having such insurance telling me she had just gotten off the phone with my insurance and that she was going to report me because according to her I wanted to scam the government and take benefits from WIC. I cannot stress enough how great Ferro's staff is, but this kind of extortion and mistreatment from her is something absolutely unnecessary, considering I was doing nothing but trying to confirm that the insurance I had previously paid them every cent billed and that if I owed them anything, I could handle it accordingly by verifying it with them. As much as it pains me, I will be showing up tomorrow to Ferro's office with an officer to write a report against this woman, as nobody has the right to threaten a patient based on circumstance, medical history, health, health insurance or lack there of. Keeping in mind that I am due in three weeks, it's absolutely cruel to put someone through this kind of emotional distress. I pray this woman never gets put in any circumstance where she needs assistance with anything in her life. Legally, I will definitely pursue ways to ensure she never does this to anyone again. Hopefully Ferro and his team continue with their deserved success without having employees who manipulate and threaten patients to keep them from switching doctors.

Dr. Ferro and his staff make their patients' care and peace of mind their priority. Throughout my pregnancy, Dr. Ferro consistently listened to my needs and offered his time to ensure I was well educated and felt secure. During my 23 hr labor, he helped myself and my husband make the best decisions for a healthy delivery while still respecting our birthing plan. I know I can count on him and his staff at any time. No wonder he is one of South Florida's top doctors.

Best OB/GYN ever! I've been a patient for 11 years and even after moving 2 hours away, I still drive to see Dr.Ferro! He's caring, compassionate, and he actually listens to his patients. He makes sure he's current on medical knowledge and informs his patients accordingly. I won't go anywhere else!

I’ve been a patient for over a decade. No more kids& I could totally change to a GYN but Dr Ferro is so good that I won’t switch!! The best OBGYN out there. Goes above & beyond! He’s smart, caring & so into his patients. We’re lucky to be a patient of his.
