The doctor is friendly. The wait time is incredible. Over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor for 5 minutes?! The billing lady is incompetent dealing with the insurance company. Charge me twice for annual checkup which I shouldn't have to be charged for 1 cent! And extremely rude at the same time. The lady who schedules appointment for you has no sympathy that you have to wait for 2 hours. When you complain, she asked if you would like to reschedule. Fine with me if I didn't already waste 2 hours waiting and have to pay 3 dollars just for parking.
