Alex Cole's Online Review Report Card

This doctor is condescending and rude, he will speak down to you and refuse to listen anything you have to say. He will not help you, he will only care about being right and making assumptions instead of helping you feel better.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of being a patient of Dr. Cole's while being treated for mental health. I've never met a more smug, condescending, arrogant doctor who was not only uninterested in actually helping me but actually was ignorant of the current medical research. Dr. Cole does not listen to anything you have to say and is only looking for certain key words that he can latch on to to then use as the reason for your illness. He's beyond lazy. He doesn't want to evaluate you. He doesn't look at test results. He doesn't look at your past medical history and doesn't believe that current, scientifically, peer reviewed medical conditions actually exist. What kind of doctor can evaluate you without getting a proper medical history?? What doctor just looks for the easy diagnosis? A lazy doctor who doesn't care about his patients. That's who. The nursing staff and nursing assistants were amazing though. If you or your loved one needs psychiatric care, avoid Dr. Cole.

Issued major MI diagnosis after only very brief interview, which was mostly done by (and I am only guessing here) by a trainee. I was neither impressed nor would I recommend him to anyone, friend or foe.

Appeared to be more interested in being right than helping his patient. Was cool under pressure at first but eventually lost it and even cursed at his patient. Escalated situations further instead of acting as a calming presence. This is hard to do but a Psychiatrist needs to rise above this behavior.
