From the initial consultation, I was impressed by Dr. Alexander's level of attentiveness. Dr. Alexander and his team work tirelessly to ensure you received the best possible treatment available. Dr. Alexander is very thorough and he explained my treatment plan in detail. He answered all my questions to ensure I was comfortable with my treatment and he made me feel cared for.

My Hero Dr Miracle Alexander and his staff are the best most of all he took care of me during surgery and he’s here for me now I recommend anyone who needs a some for injury or pain Call . Dr Alexander your the best !

My boyfriend went and got procedure’s done on his spine and neck and they were very effective. The dr and the staff are amazing and friendly.

He operated me back in 2017 for a herniated disc and it was horrible. Surgery was not necessary! but since I didn’t know anything about herniated discs I followed his advice to get operated. After operation I was re- herniated again and this time a lot worse! Touching my sciatic nerve and not being able to walk. I’m only 21 years old. He just wanted my money! I went to UM and they were surprised he operated me when it was not necessary. I was operated again at the UM and they truly saved my life. Do not go with Alex!

Horrific wait times! Their wait times are ridiculous. It’s extremely unprofessional and rude to have patients schedule at a certain time and taking an hour and a half to two hours just for them to be seen. This place needs to get organized with their scheduling and wait times. Ridiculous. Wouldn’t recommend coming here.

I am not someone who usually writes reviews, but I would like to recognize the attention and the great care my dad received from not only Dr. Pardino, but his great staff. As a nurse I understand how much harder things have become. But I was extremely surprised with how attentive Dr. Pardino was since the beginning. He was very thorough explaining about the procedure and making me really comfortable about my dad's surgery. His staff helped and were very informative from the very beginning. Starting with Wanessa from scheduling in making sure my dad had everything necessary till the end, nurses Lisa and Ray were amazing. They were extremely friendly and kept me Informed through out the procedure. Covid measures were on point. I couldn't be happier with the care my dad received.
