Very bad experience, I was calling for two days. The wait is horrible. On the second day, the person who answered the phone did not bother to ask my name. Very rude and very bad way to answer. If by phone that's the deal. I wouldn't want to see it in person.

Estuve más de 30 minutos para hacer una cita, soy paciente nueva , pero tuve que colgar , mucho tiempo de espera , que bueno por ellos !! Pero yo no tengo tiempo para esperar tanto , deberían contratar más empleados que respondan el teléfono para que no pierdan nuevos pacientes

las personas de la oficina son súper negligentes y mal educadas, en la sala de espera siempre hay pacientes discutiendo por el mal servicio, cuando finalmente ves al médico Alexander veloso, no explica todo lo que como paciente necesita saber, quiere terminar la consulta en 3 minutos, se siente como la famosa frase NEXT NEXT, creo que como médico es una máquina de hacer dinero pero en realidad no se preocupa por la salud del paciente, me fui a otro especialista y la diferencia gigantesca. No lo recomiendo en absoluto.

The best attention to the patient,they have something that 90% of medical office and or hospital has,and is the humanity part, they really listen to you with the best and professionally actitud. Love them.

Be very careful with this medical care center, they force you to see the doctor they want, even if you don't choose him and if you want to change doctors, if he is in the same medical group, they don't allow you to see the other doctor. denying you medical care, be careful not to let them play with your health. tengan mucho cuidado con este centro de atención medica obligan a que se vean con el dr que ellos quieren así no lo eliga usted y si se quiere cambiar de dr si el mismo esta en el mismo grupo medico no le permiten que lo vea el otro dr negándole atención medica tengan cuidado no dejen que juegan con su salud..

Run do not walk away from this office . I am a healthcare worker and the attention given to patients by this doctors support staff is sub par to say the least .

Great Dr! Very concensecious, takes his time to listen to patient, review any medical records necessary, explains everything very clear to patient, very calm & soft spoken. I highly recommend him.
