Alexandra Calandriello's Online Review Report Card

On Jan 24 2023 Unfortunately I called office of Dra Callandrello office to make an appointment they told me instead to take my mother for throat issues n infection to urgent care . They did not wanted to make an appointment. I did just like the office of Calandrello suggested. Went to urgent care when She came out with an Antibiotic after seen by doctor. After 10 days of the antibiotics they told me to do a follow up with her primary doctor which is Calandrello I try to make a 2nd appointment to follow up the issues after her antibiotics and they refuse to make a follow up appointment.. Today Feb 20 i walk into the office due to they never made a follow up and my wanted to come. So they refuse again for the third time to do a follow. Instead they said doc is on vacation n your mother does not have an appointment. They refuse to allow my mother to walk in without an appointment three times I try to get an appointment or follow up after coming and waiting not one but three ppl came out to tell me the same thing. How can you trust an office were they suppose to help you instead they tell if you do not have an appointment you are not going to be help. I believe By law they have to help you if you wait instead they told me your mothers new appointment is actually March 14 almost a month from now. Watch out with this office UM no team work they try to Protect themselves and not help human elderly. It was a horrible experience. My mom is older and needed to be examined by the primary they refuse without out an appointment I ask them I will wait and they continue to say no. They even lied so I would leave they even told in a week we r going to give an appointment when the doc is back bc the doctor C on vacation they could not get another doctor to help. This is exactly what you don’t want so be careful who is in charge. When the doctor is not available no one wants to work because by law they are supposed attend the individual and they did not help. I had to leave with a 3 week follow up appointment. I decided to go somewhere else. They lied and refuse to help when you do not have an appointment very sad

Dr. Calandriello is an excellent person and primary physician. She cares, gives you her time, and always is aware of your health needs. I wouldn’t ever change her! The office staff is kind and professional. I recommend her 100 %.

Dr.Calandrielo is an excellent primary physician . I highly recommend her . She listens , cares, gives you her time, and is on top of all your health needs. I wouldn’t change her for the world ! I haven’t met such a caring provider since my own paediatrician. Office staff is great and professional. I’ve never had to wait to see her longer than 10-15min.

Called last week and set an appointment. Was told that the entire week was open for new patients.We came in today and there was nothing scheduled and we are not even in the system.
