My first visit with Dr. Rabassa I gave him 5 stars. My second visit was a disaster, no eye contact, didn't pay attention to my concerns, he was rude and I couldn't believe the change from my first visit to the second visit. Sent me to his coordinator to do a colonoscopy and rushed me out of his office.

Was told by my Primary Physician to make an appointment with Dr. Rabassa for some of his specialities. But after 2 days of calling and leaving messages no one would returned my call. The 3rd day I finally get a call back, to be only told that I needed to be transferred to the Imaging Department to schedule an Appointment. And of course another voicemail was left. Still waiting ANOTHER 2 days (4 days total waiting to make an appointment). I tried making an appointment online like the Automated Operator mentioned, but Online says I needed to call to make an appointment. Not bothering with this place any further. It’s a shame also cause all the other reviews seem to be good. . .

I truly respect the doctor and respect his knowledge. He makes you very comfortable on conversation and guide you very well . He is friendly . The procedure in hospital is very good, well managed staff and wait time is less atleast in my case. I am much relaxed after visiting him and well focused on next things to do.
