My son had a head injury (scalp laceration) that was sutured with a couple of staples. I am not a doctor but I dont think that is a normal procedure to apply these staples without removing some of the hairs. The urgent care facility was abiut to close for the day and this so called dr. I guess was in such a hurry to leave that he stapled hairs and everything in between. This guy is an incompetent with poor skills.

I met Dr Alfredo Hevia at Medicine School of Habana Cuba more than 30 years. He was an excellent student and a great classmate. I have been trying to reach him here in Miami; and every time call Urgent care number they are not able to tell me Dr Hevia’s working hours. This physician is dangerous. Took my elderly mom to the Urgent care where he was the attending physician. She was very weak but no other symptoms. They kept saying it was probably Covid, I knew it wasn't. The nurse did a EKG. Even after a while after the EKG, they kept saying that it was probably covid. Eventually after 15 more minutes of waiting another person tells us that maybe we should go to a real Emergency Room because perhaps there are some irregularities in her EKG. When we get to the real Emergency Room, the physician there was very angry, and cursing at how the physician at urgent care handle it "who cannot even read an EKG"-- his words. The ER physician told me my mom was in the middle of a massive heart attack. A STEMI heart attack. He could not believe that the attending physician at the Urgent care missed it. We wasted a ton of time and tremendous damage to my mom's heart because of this incompetent physician.
