The friendliness of the staff is amazing they very helpful, caring and professional. It’s easy to see how they care for your wellbeing and Dr. Alfredo Hernandez has been doing my colonoscopy from the very beginning and alway makes me feel at ease. I aways recommend him to my friends.

Office matters and procedures are handled professionally, efficiently and with excellent bedside manner. Dr. Hernandez checks in on his patients through all processes, caring, attentive like doctors should be. Dr. Hernandez staff knowledgeable and professional. The staff @ Bayside Ambulatory excellent, timing impeccable. All around perfect experience.

The doctor is pretty good if you can get an appointment because the office staff is the most disorganized and inefficient I have ever seen. Very frustrating, You call for appointment first they disconnect you several times, finally they put you on hold for 20 to 30 minutes and since it was time to go home they disconnect me and put me with the answering service, who can not take messages. The office administrator is either family or the doctors DON'T CARE.
