I experienced several side effects from a medication Dr. Alvarez prescribed. I called her office and also left a message via my chart and no one returned my call to address my concerns. I had to stop the medication and seek help from another gastroenterologist. It’s very worrisome to have a doctor ignore your calls when you reach out for help due to side effects from a medication.

Arrived 2 min past the 15 min window due to getting lost finding the building. Couldn’t call cause I had lost the number to the place and forgotten the name of the doctor. All I had was the address, it was my first time visiting. Walked over in an ankle brace as well making me slower to arrive. This stressed me out. Then I waited 10 min to be told I wouldn’t even be able to see the doctor due to her strict late policy. Had made time for this visit, waited 2 weeks for it, and drove out of my way for this. I know it’s policy, but the lack of flexibility and understanding is outrageous. The staff however, seemed welcoming.

La atención de todo el personal fue excelente y la capacidad profesional y ética del personal y la doctora Alicia Álvarez fue insuperable. Hoy regresé a verme con la doctora y de corazón, puedo entregarle mi salud y mi vida sin titubiar porque sé que estaré con ella atendiéndome muy cerca de Dios. En el centro todo el personal tiene un trato exquisito, amable y con mucha educación. Gracias y Bendiciones a la Dra Alicia Álvarez y todos los asistentes y trabajadores
