As Long As She’s Been My Doctor She Has Been Nothing But Horrible Waiting Time Is Horrible My Experience With Her Is No Good No Way Of Contacting Her Directly Like a Medical Email Nothing The Clinic Doesn’t Even Have Telehealth Or Zoom Calls Which is The Technology We Patients Can Use If you don’t want to go In Person So These People Are I Mean Her and Her Staff Are Way Behind.

She is the most unpleasant human been. My Dad is 82 with Dementia. He had so many bad times and I called She never called back to give us a prescription. 5 days after no response I decide that I will report her because she is not doing her job as a dr. She can care less for her pacientes. Please if you love your family do not along to came to this dr. Hope this review help others make a good choice. Good luck.

(Regarding the office at Hammocks) I researched the internet for good doctors in my are and I found Dr. Rodriguez. This review is about the office, not the doctor. I scheduled my annual check-up a month prior. I re-organized my day around this appointment. A day before, the office called me to inform that I would have to go an hour later, which would not work for me. They suggested to re-schedule to another date. I don't want to risk waiting another month and receiving a call a day prior with the same issue. I understand that they have problems with the number of people at their offices (as they stated) but they cannot keep blaming Covid. It has been a year since this all start, they had time to adapt/change. I am very disappointed with this office.

My parents saw Dr Rodriguez-Jorge and they said she is the best primary they have ever seen, they were impressed with her bedside manners, her attention to details and her dedication to ensure she addressed all their concerns and completed a detailed physical to ensure they were in good health. They also commented about how great the staff were and that every single person was polite and caring. Thank you all!
