Mis hijos se atienden con la Doctora Alisa Muniz y estoy tan feliz que sea la Doctora de mis hijos, llevamos unos años con ella y es muy profesional, atenta, dedica tiempo a sus pacientes, te explica todo y no te quedas con ninguna duda, es muy gentil con los niños y entregada a su trabajo y tiene muchos valores humanos, yo con ella me quedo, pues estoy feliz de tenerla como Gastroenterologa de mis niños, el equipo de trabajo de ella, es muy bueno, son muy gentiles y te ayudan siempre, le envío saludos a todas en especial a María su asistente, y para nuestra Doctora un fuerte abrazo y que dios la bendiga siempre.

If i could give her Zero stars I would. So far, it gives me the impression this doctor does not care for her patients. Changed my appt when i was on my way to her office, took a virtual visit last week. She was supposed to send lab exams and we are still waiting a week after. Her office says she does not answer them. So i am lost. Waiting. Hope she redeems herself by calling and caring but so far a disapointmen!

She’s very caring and attentive with her patients and parents as well. Very knowledgeable and confident in her work.

Dr. Muniz-Crim cared for my medically complex child from 2016-2019. Her expertise and compassion saved his life. She listened, thought outside the box and went above and beyond any physician we’ve ever met. She truly has a heart of gold and cares deeply for her patients and families. She is not afraid to do the work! I would recommend her 10/10 to anyone. The only reason she is no longer my son’s doctor is because we moved. We miss her dearly.

The children's gastroenterology department has the most unprofessional, awful customer service I have ever encountered. We were supposed to get lab and xray results for my baby who has been throwing up for weeks and has not been growing properly, and for 10 days I called the office and left messages requesting they contact me with results and to make a new appointment. It took 10 days to even be able to speak to a human being instead of an answering machine despite calling multiple times a day at different times. The results had been in their records since the week before and not only had they not bothered to call or follow up, but they had not responded to my multiple messages either. We've switched doctors and will not be returning but I wanted to warn parents to NEVER take their children to the specialists at Nicklaus, particularly the office of Alisa Muniz Crim.
