The worst run doctor’s office in Miami. My first time back in the office since Covid started. My appt was at 9 and at 9am no one was there. The nurse arrives 20 minutes late and then calls me back yelling and calls me a lair for stating she was there at 9:15 actually only 15 minutes late. Very rude, very unprofessional.

Very poor. As a long time patient, being of excellent health, I did not need his help for much. However, when the time came, he showed complete indifference.

Just moved to the area and all I have to say is that Juile and Patricia are amazing they are very friendly helpful and welcoming from the time you get there until the end. The MA’s are amazing as well when they call you to check your vitals before they they talk to you and make you feel comfortable; also when they ask you the questionnaire. Last but not least Provider Monica Oriol is very patiently, professional, knowledgeable and takes the time to listen to your concerns and not in a rush. Definitely love coming to this provider and the staff they are AMAZING!!!

Be prepare to spend hours at the office appointment at 3:50 didn’t leave until close to 6PM after seeing the doctor I found myself waiting another 15 minutes and going for paperwork while nurse is chatting with previous patient. I mean if you know you are back up long conversation with patient is not the best way to go, totally unacceptable. Not until i raised concern that I was told I will get a call and paper work will be send to me. I am not the kind to complain always give offices a chance but I feel this was too much. Always great people at the office but they have to manage better.

I been to different doctor offices with my Husband and theres nothing like the office of Carlos Romero, PA - He carefully listens to the patient, he is very knowledge and has an excellent delivery with explaining your results. also has good manners (not like other docs). The entire medical staff are A plus. Right now, I am doing the paper work to switch from my current PCP to Carlos Romero PA.
