Allen is incompetent trust me I did not need him but he did not refer me to the proper type of doctor. He’s unethical

This is the most professional office I have ever dealt with in the medical field. His staff was very helpful and he saw me right away without having to wait. He is incredibly knowledgeable in his field of medicine and he made me feel like I was in great hands. Thank you Dr. Brad Herskowitz for the great experience.

SOMEONE ANSWER PHONE SO I CAN MAKE AN APPT. HAVE FILLED OUT LONG LONG FORM AM NOT DOING IT AGAIN. YOU ARE MAKING THIS TOO DIFFICULT. I NEED AN APPT AS COULD NOT MAKE APPT ON JAN 10TH. MARY RITCHEY

Incompetent and needs to retire

I was so exited to finally find a doctor, You don't take Aetna anymore, fix your site

Headache. No diagnose: two MRI tests must be done. When the tests are done, the report with the results is sent to Dr. A.H. Now he OWNS it. But he is not available for a month ahead. He can't see me. My pain is worse, still I may not know the MRI results, his stuff tells me "You signed the paper, the results are not yours". There are 6 or 7 other doctors in the Dr. A.H.'s office, but "they don't share the patients, nobody can see and tell you the results". I go to the urgent care, the Dr. there almost screams at me: "You must get the REPORT" from MRI, otherwise go to the emergency and do a CT-scan. Why??? What is the use of it? So that another Dr. will get paid and own it? The insurance WILL pay readily, but I will be left as before - poorer, sicker, wondering.

This is the worst doctors office in the world. They made an appointment for me and never put it in their system so I took a day off and traveled 40 miles only to get there and them say I have no appointment and tell me I’m just out of luck. Terrible people working here, a whole group of worthless women at the front desk accusing me of making an error when I have a piece of paper from them with the appointment on it. Terrible place with terrible service and attitude. They should be ashamed of themselves

Dr Allan Herskowitz is amazing. He's very thorough and knows what he's doing. Most importantly, he took the time to sit and talk to me, to hear everything I needed to tell him. He never once cut me off or rushed me. Lastly, he came across to me as an incredibly nice man. If you need a neurologist, I highly recommend him. Also, his staff is also very polite and all seem very happy, which tells me they enjoy working there.

Homerun. I was treated for pain. It worked. Dr. Herskowitz has the experience that helped me!! He was gracious and vastly improved the quality of my life.
