I went to see Dr.Herman to remove a cyst on my scalp. She was extremely unprofessional. Left mid-surgery (right after cutting me open) to talk to a college that she overheard in the hallway. I felt the blood dripping to my neck. Eventually she came back to stitch me up and was surprised I was bleeding so much. Well that area got infected. Never got an apology. I still have a spot in the area where area was performed. It still stings every now and then too. I will never recommend this place after the bad experience I had. Awful!

I LOVE Dr Herman’s office. In & out in 30 minutes for a whole body skin check, including two areas treated (frozen). Even though I have not been there for five years I didn’t have to fill out all new paperwork, for which I am thankful. Everyone is so incredibly helpful, professional and nice! Kelly Biletti PA was thorough, explained what she saw and was very clear in her communication. I have spent 2-3 hours at other dermatology practices waiting to be seen. Well worth the drive! Parking is across the street in the Merrick Park garage, and there are spaces reserved for “patient parking only” which is great. Parking is paid on the Reef parking app, but you don’t have to download the app you can simply scan the QR code. Highly recommend this practice.

I had a wonderful experience here. Everyone in this office is exceptionally caring and nice from the moment you walk in. Dr. Herman is an amazingly talented surgeon. I was diagnosed with cancer and she performed 12 mohs surgeries (yes 12!) on my face to remove it from my cheek forehead and nostril. I was so scared that I would be disfigured permanently but thanks to her incredible skills I felt nothing, my face looks the same and the scars are not visible at all and best of all… I’m now cancer free! Don’t hesitate if you need mohs surgery, go see Dr. Alysa Herman!
