This is for the Kendall West location wait time was crazy almost 2 hrs wait to only get 5 minutes with Doctor and rushed out of room, that day everyone was complaining about the lack of attention and long wait. I know you have a wait period but that was bad never will I go back to that location I will stick to my office in Palmetto Bay or take my chance at urgent care.

The doctor arrived fully covered, mask, glasses, gloves, gown... I couldn't even see her eyes... She checked my daughter very superficially and was very concise in her answers and the truth is that I don't feel like confiding in my daughter to such a person. Before they had a very dedicated doctor, an excellent person and an excellent professional

The attention was wonderful, the dedication to my child and the treatment. I am very pleased. Dr. Amada Romano treated us in a special way and with dedication. My baby felt very comfortable with her. And so did the other specialists who treated us in the laboratory area. La atención fue maravillosa la dedicación con mi niño y el trato .estoy muy complacida. La doctora Amada Romano nos trató de forma especial y con dedicación .mi bebé se sintió muy cómodo con ella .y las demás especialistas que nos atendieron en el área del laboratorio también.

Dr. Amada Romano-Silva needs to work on her bedside manner. For a doctor who works with children she was very rough with my 2 year old. She snapped at me a couple of times hold my child down when I was trying to calm him down so that he would open his mouth. Instead she kept telling him that she was going to have to use the tongue decompressor to check his throat, as if a two year old would understand. She should not be working with children at all! She was just awful!

The doctor lacked bed side manner. She was very impatient with my 2 year old after she made us wait for about an hour. I don’t recall them washing their hands in the room, hope am wrong about this. Left with height and weight that’s about it. I will be changing practice all together. It’s always a horrible wait, no sick appointments ever available, and to top it off no info from pediatrician.

Mala atención, e llegado con mi bebé enfermo después de dos días esperando una cita con la doctora y porque e llegado 20 min tarde porque mi bebé tiene diarreas y la boca reventada y vivo lejos, ademas soy recién llegada que tengo que esperar un Uber no me quiso atender increíble esto

The WORST phone service ever. Calling this office will literally ruin your mood. Pediatric associates never helps out like ever... I would rate this -stars if it was possible. Don't recommend. Don't even waste your time and energy.
