I heard this was a good place to try to get therapy because I'm kinda in need atm. and these people have some sort of automated assistant AI or something to Where the first return phone call that I had for some reason I wasn't able to set up the appointment, but since then I've subsequently called three different times trying to set up an appointment to which these people have an AI assistant that knows my name, but they're still not capable of getting me an appointment. Without me speaking to a human super difficult process wouldn't recommend it to anybody a garbage business

Thank you! *** Update I have been trying to speak with anyone from their office to follow up regarding an appointment I had over 4 weeks ago. If I leave another message with "Sara" their AI answering machine I'm going to nuke the skies and the War of the Machines is going to start and I'll be going back in time to prevent AI! Sorry have fun on a horrible review. So frustrated with this company! **** FB! The war of the machines is a terminator reference. No need to get your panties in a bunch *****

I don't even know where to begin in terms of positive terms to say for both Tiffany Hodgson and Daniel Frutos; they have made a monumental impact on my life and the life of how I relate to my family. Daniel provided the plan of care that tailored to my circumstances, including both medication management and recommendations for CBT intervention; he has been consistently proactive and educational on my journey. Just a few sessions with Tiffany have enabled me to accept and love myself and the various attributes of myself while still taking responsibility for my life moving forward; she provides a human-to-human approach in which there is non-judgement, empathy, and honesty. I look forward to my sessions with both of them and always feel so much better with the results. Overall, I am over the moon and grateful for using their services and look forward to what the future has in store.

Leonie was very thorough in assessing my mental health issues, and personal concerns, and provided me with details on my diagnosis and some effective solutions. Within just 2 weeks my life changed drastically for the better with the right medication and I am finally living in a positive state where I feel that I am a better version of myself. I have known Dr. Mesa for several years now. He is professional, honest, trustworthy, caring, understanding and most importantly down to earth. He truly has a calling to help people and most importantly help you. His attention to details (listening to you speak) and his his ability to bring out the best in you are excelente. You will not be disappointed with him nor his team.

My first appointment with Dr. Mesa was considerably less than the 60 minutes that I paid hundreds of dollars for, and yet Dr. Mesa felt he knew enough about me and my extensive medical history to not only prescribe me some very serious medication, but to use his position of influence as a doctor to convince me to go on said medication when I expressed that I didn't want to take that route, and didn't think it was best for me. I eventually caved, trusting him as a doctor, and realized weeks later what a huge mistake it was. I will never again trust anyone who pushes such a serious prescription on me after only a single appointment and so few questions. My follow-ups after that were cut EVEN SHORTER than the initial appointment - averaging 20 minutes. With such little time, I didn't even feel comfortable telling Dr. Mesa how the medication was really affecting me for fear that I'd get manipulated into a different prescription (honestly I just didn't trust him at all at that point, but needed medical advice on how to wean off the meds so that's why I attended the follow-up appointments). I definitely would NOT recommend this doctor - and I have experience with doctors in 3 different countries. This was by far the worst experience I've had with a doctor in my entire life. I've never felt like a doctor was trying to rush me out of his office so fast before, or like I was just a dollar to a doctor... and what's hilarious is that I wasn't even physically in the office - these were remote appointments because of COVID-19. So the doc should have had MORE time, and he saved on overhead because the appointments were remote but I still paid an outrageous amount for them. In my opinion, this is a pill mill and I would never advise anyone I love go here or seek help from Dr. Mesa. My advice is to spend your money on a remote appointment with a Canadian doctor instead. There are far fewer pill mills there because of the universal health care system. TL;DR - I was rushed through every appointment, wasted hundreds of dollars, pushed to take medication that I didn't agree with, and I believe that this is a pill mill.

If you are looking for punctual service and for someone who really actually cares about you as a person, then this is the person to go to fantastic. Hard-working, patient, And a great listener. In a great area with a lot of parking and a fantastic environment. Great mental health services in Coral Gables area!!! 5/5 stars & Looking forward to a long lasting relationship here with Dr.Mesa. I have to say he has a grounded sense of passion and humility along with a very particular sense of understanding of the human mind in a professional and empathetic manner. I feel comfortable and open in the space when we spoke and that's all I could really ask for we're talking about my personal life.
