Even though I had a bad experience with my daughter's visit for numerous reasons, I did receive a phone call from the Office Manager trying to make things right. I thought it was very professional and showed good work ethics. Will give it give another chance and benefit of the doubt.

the rudest doctor I have ever experienced with my one month old baby! We got very uncomfortable with my husband, she was very inpatient, annoyed to answer to our questions, very moody, very sharp, in a rush, horrible bedside manner. seemed to be very annoyed with our visit I know she is very reputable in her field, but rude doctors for our newborn get out of our list.

My appointment was at 11am. I waited an eternity and at 12:50 I still hadn’t been seen by a provider. It’s a complete lack of respect to make patients wait an absurd amount of time. The appt was for myself. I’m so happy that it wasn’t for my kids bc I would have been even more annoyed if I was waiting with them.

10/10 experience! Going into the office, I was treated very nicely. I highly recommend the nurse practitioner Sofia. She was very patient and nice while explaining the process of accutane. I always recommend her to all my friends!
