I was a patient of Dr Elosegui ,I had to leave her do to the Insurance that I had after , but my sister needed a Primary Care Physician and I took her to see Dr Elosegui and she is happy with the care almost 6 years.

Although Dr. Elosegui is a good doctor the office manager Joanic is where the quality of her office (and ongoing care) goes way down. I have seen a number of front desk ladies come and go and one even stormed out in tears because of Joanic - all of this occurring as I was sitting in the office. Joanic approaches everything as if she’s trying to help but in reality she doesn’t help even if you’ve been part of the clinic (as I have) for over 12 years. I would stay away not because of the doctor but because of the way the office manager handles the patient care for her. They make you think you’re family but Joanic doesn’t believe in that. If she can learn compassion and understanding, the clinic would be great. As I mentioned to her I would no longer be a part of the clinic, she wished me a sarcastic “Good Luck” amongst advising she will no longer assist me, further confirming she doesn’t care. This isn’t a one time issue either, I’ve experienced this over the years with her (even if she doesn’t remember). It’s unfortunate you lost a long term patient because of her, Dr. Elosegui l. I wish you and your office much luck in the future.
