I've complained for decades to doctors about rash on my arm. She is the first physician that gave me a prescription to cure it, ammonium lactate cream.

She was friendly but follow up is terrible. I am still waiting for my prescription for my ointment (2 months later). They also do not tell you what you will pay until several bills start trickling in, also 2 months later, totaling about $2,000. I would not recommend this terrible experience to anyone. Just find another dermatologist.

Dr Maderal provided a comprehensive dermatological test , top to bottom scan. She found a carcinoma on my nose which led to successful MOES surgery. It is due to her thoroughness that we have found trouble spots early. There is melanoma in my family. She means business. Highly recommend.

Nowadays, it is very difficult to find a physician that really cares for their patient too much and it communicates with you very well, or responds to you right away. Dra. Maderal is one of those physicians that I would say, an angel sent from God above. She takes care of my husband very well, responds to him in emails, and even call my husband to see how he is. A doctor calling their patient to see how they are is so unique. Not all physicians do this no matter how good they are. I see her huge love for her patients. We are very lucky to have her as my husband's dermatologist. She is highly recommended!

Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. One of the worst does no tcare about patients does not return phone calls. This so called physician left me in medical distress from while she was looking at me showing me off to her colleagues and taking photos of me and Never returned a call we used me my mom my brother and another nurse i was in such distress i ended up in the hospital, not hers. Her license needs to be contested/ revoked until further investigation. I would give her negative stars but have to give one so I can warn you. Do Not visit this Dr. Ever!
