I have the highest thanks to Dr Bustillo and his great team of professional staff. I had a deep plane facelift 2 months ago and I’m so happy with the results. Being a healthcare provider, I had very high expectations for having facial plastic surgery and wanting assurance of a great outcome, which is exactly what I received. My neck and jaw look refresh, natural and rejuvenated. Wonderful experience.

What to say about Dr Bustillo? Well… he is just stellar, a true artist. I remember waiting one year for the consult and then waiting for my surgery. I’m 42 years old and having a nose job was not an easy decision. I just wanted to be a suttle change. He heard me and gave me exactly what I wanted. We also added my lower eye lids. When I went I thought he was going to talk and explain things. He is very professional but a man of few words. Don’t let that turn you off. He is an artist and super professional. I had a primary rhinoplasty in Dec 2022 with Dr. Bustillo. Mine was a difficult case, but I was extremely confident I had made the right choice moving forward with Dr. Bustillo. I wanted a much smaller more feminine nose that looked natural (no barbie nose). My original nose was off-centered, bulbous tip, projected hump, and slight deviated septum (typical middle eastern nose). Two months post op my nose has exceeded my expectations. It is truly such a difference! I never thought I would be the girl to receive compliments on how pretty my nose is, and its all because of you! Forever grateful, thank you Dr. Bustillo. I was referred by my oral surgeon to Dr. Bustillo as he is an expert in rhinoplasty. I had my rhinoplasty in May 2022 and I am currently two months post-op. The result is better than I expected. I originally only considered the cosmetic improvement (looks) of my nose but I can also breathe a lot better as Dr. Bustillo simultaneously corrected the deviated septum of my nose. The procedure was flawless and the recovery was painless. The nurses and office staff are all highly trained and extremely professional which is a major plus in the overall experience. If you are looking for plastic surgery (rhinoplasty in my case), look no further. Ten month post-op update: my new nose is amazing. I couldn’t be happier having chosen Dr. Bustillo. My mother also had a procedure done somewhere else in Europe and I was able to compare the experiences. Dr. Bustillo is way beyond other surgeons. I wish had flown my mother here to consult with Dr. Bustillo.

I am a physician and was referred to Dr. Bustillo by several physician colleagues. In March I had a deep plane facelift and I cannot be happier. Getting in to see him did take time, but it was well worth the wait. His consultation was excellent. He explained how the face ages and what could be done to improve the aging process. I was taken back by his honesty, as he told me I did not need my eyes even though I had them done 15 years ago. The surgery process was seamless and Stephanie the nurse took great care of me. I had a home nurse provided by the office which was really helpful and recommended. My results are nothing short of amazing. My neck is very clean and my jawline is back to where it used to be. Even my hairdresser can barely see the incisions. Dr. Bustillo takes his work to heart and you can tell every step of the way from consultation to the surgical result and his attentiveness to the patient. He personally calls you before and after the surgery. He was there every step of the way. I am forever grateful.

I’ve been waiting for couple of years to write this review...I feel it should be heard as i didn't feel the same at the clinic. I dont know where to start.. first of all i had to ask for a doctor to speak with him for a minute before the surgery as we were still deciding whether to put a nose bridge or not.. I suppose its normal and necessary to speak to your doctor before the surgery especially when you agree to make the final nose changes at that day, apparently the staff was surprised whether i could speak to Dr Bustillo before the surgery..they were ready to bring me straight for surgery. After the surgery everything went well, i had very good recovery, no pain no bruises. When the cast came off i was horrified, it was my revision and it only went worse..it got bigger , longer nose and i hated it every minute i see it since the first day.. I contacted them and they told me to come back for the steroids injections for the swelling and i did.. again extra money for this while i live in other continent.. ( that time i booked for botox eye brow lift as well ) well ..i had to remind it because he or his staff forgot it as well , i felt very uncomfortable to say to dr Bustillo when he wanted to leave that ‘by the way we have other appointment as well” ....Well.. things happen... At the end of the day I hate my nose , it’s too high bridge ( im a girl) again i told them it looks not ok and then they told me to come back for revision. Its still 500$ extra for revision and flight tickets and hotel and its ok for the only the result i want.. THEY DONT DO REVISIONS! They only do minor changes with anesthetic. My nostrils are very uneven, nothing changed after ‘minor revision’. My nostrils were even before Bustillo and my nose was smaller, i wish I could have it back, that was my mistake of my life...i was only reading good comments thats why i chose this doctor.. by the way i paid for the surgery before i ever met the doctor, on the phone he was very rushed and again.. i looked at the reviews ..
