This office was recommended by my son's doctor because they are in the same network. When I called to make an appointment the woman on the phone made a bizarre comment about how they don't take our insurance because it was "Obamacare." It was all very strange.

I could not give 0 stars, if not I would!!!! The worse customer service in this office! Do not come here!!!! You’ll wait hours after your appointment time. The allergist Suneliz Scott is absolutely the rudest human being I have met!!!!! She is of 0 help! Does not care about your children!!!! Do not come here!

Both doctors in this office are very unprofessional waiting for an appointment for Teo month when the day was coming they canceled and they have canceled 3 times after the first one 6 months in and still couldn’t take my kid to see neither doctor ( I don’t recommend this office to anyone ) please make sure you reed this review before you call to book an appointment .

An excellent doctor with excellent bedside manners but when you call the office the appointments are not available for two months.

I have been taking my son to Dr.Orjuela for many years and it is a long drive for me but worth it. He gives very detailed information and most importantly takes his time to listen. I highly recommend him and the office being so clean is also a plus!

No pude ver al doctor pero el personal de su oficina fueron muy cruel se burlaron de mi.... Cuando les dije que hicieron mi cita equivocada y perdí un día de trabajo.... Lastimosamente el doctor puede ser bueno pero el personal muy malo....

This is the 2nd time I visit this office with my son, the staff is amazing and super helpful. Dr Orjuela is a lovely person, he took his time to explain everything and made the process for my son very smooth. I highly recommend this office and Dr Orjuela to anyone who needs to see a ENT specialist.

I didn't get a chance to meet with the doctor yet, but the receptionist at the Miami Children's hospital location are very racist and although I'm not going into details I just want everyone of color like myself to be aware of this situation before visiting.

I appreciate the thourough evaluation. Dr. Orjuela took time to ask queations as well as explain things in detail. He seems very knowlegable and sincere. I would recommend him to anyone.
