Very unprofessional, I wouldn’t recommend this doctor.

Not very pleasant.

Rude , additude for no reason and right away. Walks in no smile no introduction nothing for a first time patient. By far worst doctor I have ever seen. Shouldn’t be aloud to practice. Took a long debate of back and fourth (which no doctor should ever do) for him to finally do something and agree that something is wrong and tests should be done.

HORRIFIC is an understatement! Dr. Palomo is bar none the absolute worst doctor my family and I have ever seen. Extremely rude, cocky, and extremely unprofessional. When bringing my mother for a consult for a very concerning heart condition, he treated us as if we were animals to say the least. He didn't say hello when he walked into the room. He didn't have the courtesy to even look at us when speaking giving his back to us almost the entire time. He didn't speak Spanish knowing my mother did not understand English, even though he is of Cuban descent and speaks perfect Spanish. Thank goodness I spoke English and would translate; otherwise, my mother would not have understood anything he said. He also spoke very quickly and would get agitated when we asked him to please repeat something we did not understand. This man should not be allowed to treat patients let alone practice. He is inhumane, arrogant and just overall not professional. I would highly recommend cardiologist, Dr. Abbe Rosenbaum. We saw her for a second opinion and she was the complete opposite...kind, attentive, took her time with my mother, and just overall an amazing physician.

Sadly, most staff ,members are not professional. It's hard to get through when trying to get an appointment because they do not answer. Several of them also don't speak English well, therefore making it difficult to communicate. Doctors are great, but dealing with incompetent staff is challenging.

They put ARNP to see patients. The patient has never met doctor Palomo. Only the ARNP. And they don’t answer the phones in office hours, they have an answering service.

Te dan una sita para un horario. Te específican que es por el horario de la cita y luego pasas casi dos horas y no te llaman y luego te dicen cuando preguntas que el doctor está tarde. Sean más conscientes que las personas se planifican que uno no tiene todo el día para estar sentados en su oficina.
