Excelente doctor muy profesional se da su tiempo con sus paciente se ve su preocupación por la mejoría por sus pacientes me atiendo desde 2014 hasta la actualidad

Grate Dr. he and his staff truly take his time. I traveled over 45.7 min just to go see him. I know that there are other doctors in the area but I want the best. From the moment you arrive the parking attendants treat you with respect in the waiting room the lady's will take your info then escort you to the office. All staff are out of this world with service and atenchion. Everyone talks English and Spanish.

To my analogy hes the best on what he Does. I will recommend him to all my friends and families.

I am surprised to see some of the reviews left for this provider. I have been seen by Dr. Redondo twice and have nothing to say but the utmost care and involvement by a health care provider. My profession is in the managed care industry, precisely contracting specialists for managed health organizations. This professional, referring to the doctor, really cares and moves stones if need to provide the the best diagnosis and treatment plan based on symptoms and diagnostics results. In every line of business you will find employees that care, others that do but do not show it, and there are always those that may be a bit lost or undergoing personal issues. We need to be fair and focus on the medical service since that is why we are there to begin with. The service level by the supportive staff varies. Even the doctor may have a bad day. If there are areas within processes in the practice which you feel need to improve, share the experience discretely with the provider. Remember, his/her focus is on your health and not if the receptionist was a bit abrupt. Chances are that he/she is not aware. During my first visit I noticed the office was packed. My initial take on it was that I was most likely was going spend the day there. All of the sudden, they began calling patients in, sort of a triage state and before I knew it I sitting down speaking with doctor and listening to his detail explanation and options. My stay was a lengthy one because he wanted to be sure that I understood all options and course of treatment. It is important to share with the provider any pressing issue(s) that may have made you feel uncomfortable. Chances are that he is not aware of any. Also, keep in mind that there some very difficult patients out there. Also, it is best practice that a family member is aware of the issues and accompanies the elderly patient.

Excelente dr. Muy atento y preocupado por atender y explicar todo. Su experiencia es muy amplia y acertada. Desde que se llega a los consultorios la atención es buenísima. Una atención muy impecable, además de que en el mismo sitio se hacen los Rx de pecho, pruebas de respiración, etc. Lo recomiendo al 100%
