Tuve una suerte inmensa de llegar a la consulta del Dr Chen en el Town Center en la 12091 SW y 152 st para graduarme mis lentes de contacto híbridos. Dr Chen es el profesional perfecto! El supo escucharme y conducir el proceso de medición pacientemente para que mis ojos muy cansados y lastimados volvieran a ver el mundo con la luz precisa. Mi corazón rebosa de agradecimiento para él y para todo el equipo de su oficina; personas trabajadoras y afables a las que ya siento familiares.

Dr Chen is awesome! Experienced, friendly, informative, and not intimidating. He takes the time to answer all questions, as silly as they may be. I visit him in the Zoo Miami location in the Deerwood shopping center on 152nd st and 117th ave. Staff are patient, friendly, and always available to answer all questions.

Been coming here since I was 15 years old. Dr Chen and his staff are family. Dr. Hayward attended me today and she was awesome!!! Appointments are always on time!!! Staff is knowledgeable and courteous!! It's a very well oiled machine, they don't skip a beat!! I highly recommend !!!

I had a medical emergency and the staff and Dr Haywood quickly referred me to an ophthalmologistwho performed emergency laser surgery the same afternoon and saved my sight.

I don't think I've ever felt my eyes in such good hands. Dr. Chen was very personable and engaging, and his patience shown through as he took the time to explain my potential eye issues. His staff is friendly and efficient; and the wait times were extremely short. He will be my eye doctor for many years to come.

Although everyone is nice, I cannot understand how they find it acceptable to have patients wait more than an hour to be seen. My appt was for 5:30, I was not seen until about 7 and I did not even have my eyes dilated. That would have made my wait even longer. The same thing happened to my son. 1 hour and 20 minutes just for the contacts follow up. I understand 15-20 minute wait but not over an hour. Unfortunately, they have just lost 3 customers.

I highly recommend Dr. Chen and he has an excellent staff. I continue to go to Eye-N-Eye Vision Center although they no longer are covered by my eye insurance.
