Came to this concentra last minute to complete a drug screen. Ms. Wanda and the rest of the staff tended to me professionally and respectfully despite the facility getting ready to close. Highly suggest going to this facility for any of your health needs.

I have never been treated so poorly at any other concentra clinics that I’ve been in the past. Other patients that came after me we’re taking into the back room to see a doctor and asked to why this was going on I was told by another patient that how this office is operated “ Hispanic first or friends first “. When I was finally called in there was no room for me to examine. The physical assistant that did my physical was cold, inhuman; all she did was listened to my lungs, looked inside my mouth and was told that I am done and free to leave. I said to her but you didn’t asked for my medical history or anything concerning my health; she walked out and closed the door. All I can say if everyone is treated the way I was treated an investigation needs to be done for any changes to any insurance for services that were not provided. There’s always an exception, some of the office staff were sympathetic towards the way I was treating and apologized. Something needs to be done as a black female and a healthcare professional I felt that way; imagine those that are not able to express themselves. I arrived for a scheduled appointment at 12:45 Pm and they started my exams at 3:25 Pm. They were not busy, I saw some nurses leaving my folder there because it was quite some test to do. There is always room to improvement, but you cannot change who people are.
