DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR BY ANY MEANS! By far the worst customer service from the staff and the doctor. He was rude and very condescending. He didn't care about any of my concerns. When we challenged what he was saying, he simply told us to go somewhere else. Instead of reassuring the patient and show empathy, he blames the patient. After many years of medical school it seems that empathy is not in his vocabulary. Please read the 1 star reviews, I am not the only one that feel this way, there are other patients that also experienced the horrible way manner in which this doctor carries his professional career. Office Management instead of assisting the patient and seeing on how they can further assist, they were busy covering for the doctors unethical behavior. DO NOT GO HERE!

Do not go to this doctor if you’re looking for someone to hear you out! By far the worst experience we have had with any doctor. I took my mother in after two specialists stated she needed to see an ENT for some “balls” that formed on her neck. My mother is an elderly woman and he had ZERO patience to even hear her out! I stepped in and explained the situation and he looked at both of us like we were from a different planet! He examined her for 5 seconds and said nothing is wrong! I’ve been in the medical field for almost a decade and anyone with common sense can see she has nodules formed on her neck. I called her other specialists and bother agreed that she needed to be seen by another ENT. His lack of patience and empathy towards specifically the elderly is quite honestly appalling. I would do your research before booking an appointment. If I could I would give him zero stars.

I visited this doctor about two weeks ago trying to get some sense of what is happening to me. It was the worst mistake of my life. I waited for what it seemed a long time and when it was time to see me he took about 10 minutes tops, and that is being generous. I think Google did a better explanation on what it might wrong with me. Didn't show any signs that he cared about his patient, very robotic. It seems like he didn't care about any of my concerns. He just wanted to get you in and out. I wanted to wait to write the review after I was able to go to a different ENT doctor at another facility and its nothing compared to Dr. Rivera. I wouldn't recommend or come to this doctor not even if it was free. Seems like those high star reviews are being entered by members of his staff or family members. Do not waste your time here.

I had gone to many ENT doctors for my son and Dr.Rivera really amazed me how professional and compassionate he was! Awesome experience with the whole office including his coordinator Wendy. Thank you for making this experience nice and easy.

Dr. Rivera gave me a complete overview of how to tackle my nose and sinus issues. He wrote up a flowchart and really educated me instead of just giving a quick prescription.

Can not say enough how wonderful my visit to Dr. Rivera in his Homestead Office. He was amazing and helpful! I wanted to also thank his manager, Wendy Valdes, for making everything go smoothly. From the appointment to the visit. She was very professional and helpful.

Dr.Rivera, is the most caring doctor ever.
