I fell and have two fractures in my nose. The ER recommended me to this group … I waited 2 1/2 weeks to see someone and at appointment time was seen for all of 5 minutes. Clearly no empathy in this situation.

Dr. Schell is a good doctor, and has good communication. I've had a procedure with him in the past and it went well. The only area that his office needs improvement in is the scheduling process for procedures. I now need another procedure done and I got an initial voicemail from the scheduling person to call them back to schedule an appointment. Since then I have left 3 voicemails on their scheduling voicemailbox, but I don't ever get a call back. Its been about a month and I'm considering walking in to physically speak to someone. I really want to schedule this procedure and get insurance questions answered.

I brought my daughter to see this doctor for a second opinion for my daughters block frontal sinus. She has been suffering from headaches and pressure for months and needs sinus surgery. He was recommended by another doctor one practice that said they didn’t do pediatrics. I was told he would do her surgery but later he told me that it’s better if she sees a pediatric ENT. I told him I thought you worked with children. He told me he has done the surgery but it’s best if she has it done at a pediatric hospital. Then he told me to go back to the ENT that saw her previously. It was a very weird conversation. Not sure why he switched up but I’m so disappointed and very concerned for her. I’m wondering if it’s because she has Medicaid and it won’t pay like other insurances.

Dr. Schell is great. He is very good with children, patient, great bedside manners. He explains everything in detail. The appointments run on time and everyone in the office is nice and helpful. He performed ear tubes surgery on my son twice when he was smaller. Now he sees my whole family including my parents. Can't recommend him enough.

Very nice staff. Very punctual. Quick and easy. I’ve gone multiple times to DrSchell for both my young children and myself. Every time had been a great experience. Would recommend 100%. I’d give 10/10
