This has nothing to do with Doctor Ortez because I never got to see her. I had an appointment three months in advance at Beraja Medical institute. When I made an appointment, they told me they took my insurance. The day before my appointment they called me and told me my insurance was no longer taken. I called my insurance company they said it wasn't true. The insurance company called Baraja Baraja agreed to take the Insurance. I showed up for an appointment the next day and they did not take my insurance they sent me home. I have Glaucoma but they didn't seem to care.
