Anique Bryan's Online Review Report Card

This office got the worst customer service ever, I've seen the doctors and they are awesome, but the staff is unprofessional. One month ago I called to request the referral from my PCP for my mammogram and 2 months have passed and no one has giving me a call or anything, and I tryed to call today an the lady literally hung up the phone on me when I requested spanish spoken personnel. I called again like 3 times again and every time It rings, they hung up the phone. they are not even answering after they seen your phone calling. There's no way to connect with the doctors directly only thru them, and they do not give the messages to the doctor , I am changing my doctors.

I saw Dr Bryan today, and she is all about patient care. She listens to your concerns. She is personable, and knowledgeable. Matter of fact everyone in the office that I have encountered to date have been friendly and provided premium service. Today especially, Amina(I believe she is the office manager) who checked me out after my visit with Dr Bryan, made me feel like I made the best decision when choosing the doctors and this office for my health needs. She went above and beyond to accommodate me with getting seen to have some test performed, and I appreciate her for that. Today’s visit was the best experience I’ve had in a doctors office ever!! No complaints from start to finish. Keep up the great work guys!

Kim and Dr. Bryan are 2 in a million. I’ve been seeing them for almost 5 years now. I enjoy going to the doctors again because of the service that both of them provide. They both go out of their way to hear all needs and help as much as they can. Both my husband and I see Dr. Bryan and we are very lucky to have found such a great doctor in Miami.

FYI, I know that Dr. Bryan is fantastic, however, this review centers around their office procedures and office staff.In April had to switch PCPs because my local PCP retired; I chose Dr. Bryan based on her reviews (excellent).Before my first visit with her, however, I had an emergency and ended up at the urgent care. Because I hadn't yet been seen by Dr. Bryan (her first available appointment is July 2021!), her office refused to complete a medical referral required by my insurance in order to see the specialist that the urgent care doctor sent me to. I explained my emergency situation to the staff, but they refused.So, now I'm stuck paying $300 (plus, whatever tests they run, etc.) because my insurance won't cover this emergency visit to the ENT without a referral from my primary care doctor WHO CAN'T SEE ME BEFORE JULY AND WON'T GIVE ME AN EMERGENCY REFERRAL.BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

She’s experienced, courteous and professional, always there to greet you with a beautiful smile even on what may seem stressful days; most importantly though, she listens and treats her patients like family. She often ask about one’s overall well-being and when necessary makes great suggestion to alleviate negative situations. Absolutely great physician, I trust her so much that as soon as my own teenage son is eligible for her care, I will be suggesting to him...her care and expertise as she already treats him like family too on visits. She has been my PCP for the last 6 years and she’s the best in my team of health care providers. Thank you Dr. Bryan for everything you do for me.

Dr. Bryan is just wonderful! Highly recommend her as a primary care physician. She has great bedside manner and just an all around pleasure to work with.

Dr. Bryan is an excellent physician and I would highly recommend her for primary care or well woman check ups. She is caring and very professional. Her staff is also very kind and helpful.

The phone rings and rings forever; then I was on hold forever. I was able to finally get through after several calls to leave a message for one of the doctors. Someone called me back and was very helpful. If they could just answer the phone in a timely manner and at least have a voicemail system or something it would feel like you're getting a response. Hoping for the best and realizing there's always more work to be done than there is staff available.
