Amy, the Receptionist is rude and hung up the phone while I was trying to explain myself. She needs better training. Will not give you my business. Didn’t even receive a call back!!

Dr. Gonzalez has excellent bedside manner and very professional. Minimum wait to be seen as a first time patient. Staff very nice, patient and professional as well. Super clean clinic and highly recommend this practice.

Her office completely mutilated my skin. They didn't care and just kept asking me to come back. They kept charging me co-pays even though the only reason I had to go back was because of the damage they caused. They even sent the co-pays to collections. She was extremely unprofessional and did not provide a solution for the problem that was their fault. She lied to me about why they caused irreversible damage to my skin. Do NOT trust this doctor or the PA.

Doctor González has a lovely personality and is an amazing dermatologist. For me , she Was able to transform my skin using the latest technology and skin regimen. If you are looking for a dr you can fully trust, and get serious results, look no further!

I will never forget Dr. Gonzalez. She is the ‘only‘ dermatologist who looked at a mole I’ve had for awhile and was adamant about doing a biopsy on it. It came back as melanoma. A frightening situation but thankfully caught it early enough. It was “in-situ”, thank God, and thanks to Dr. Gonzalez. I wish I still lived in Miami. Thank you Dr. Gonzalez. ????

I've been seeing Dr. Annie Gonzalez for a couple of years. She is the BEST! She is kind, informative, and explains everything. She does not rush you and is very compassionate. I recommend Dr. Annie Gonzalez to everyone. Her staff is just as GREAT as she is!

Something told me to run and my instincts were confirmed when I asked for my info form back. I walked into the office and was asked who my appointment was with - I said I didn’t know and another staff member mentioned a name as if it was a salesperson who was dealing with me. I got the feeling I was in a car dealership. I was sent to another office across the hall and asked to fill out some forms, which I expected. When I started going through the forms I realize there were all these different company names on them. Spa Blue, Riverchase Dermatology — Is made an appointment with Bowes Dermatology! I started looking thing up on my phone and saw complaints at an outfit in Fort Myers - it was if they had all these names to cover their tracks. No thank you. Not when I’m dealing with my health! I got up and left but realized they had my info. I went back in and asked for it and they said they had shredded it with a smirk — right! Live and learn. My instincts served me well.

My daughter and wife see Ana Trisan she’s amazing. Very sweet and attentive. She makes us feel at ease, especially my daughter that’s very nervous around doctors.

Kimberly has been treating myself, my family and my colleagues for years and we can’t be happier with the results. She is amazing and everyone that I send there is equally amazed at the results. All of us have different needs and are thrilled with her expertise and recommendations. The product line is also fantastic.
