please remove the other review I wrote. i want to delete it as the problem was solved. please delete my review saying ""waited over half a year for this appointment after my dermatologist told me I needed to go see her because he trusted her to treat my issue. 3 days before my appointment I get called and told she no longer accepts any insurance at all - that it is self pay and that the visit would be $800. $800 not for any treatment or procedure, just to be seen. I come to find out they switched to not accepting insurance ...

No professional! The most horror dr. My experience, 0 star.

It took a year to get an appointment. She wrote the Rx directions so vague that the pharmacist will not fill the medication. I now call and call and leave messages--NO RETURN CALL. Annoying! She informed us during appt. that she will no longer take insurance....too much of a hassle.

I waited several months for her appointment and she misdiagnosed my toe fungus. She said I did not have one. I went to another podiatrist who diagnosed me correctly.

Terrible experience. I've been coming here for almost 3 years. I always have to wait at least one hour to see the doctor after my scheduled appointment (and I always show up early or on time). Today, I've been waiting over 1.5 hours (writing this review as I wait). Dr. tosti is generally rude to her staff, rude to me, and just an unpleasant person. While she may be an "expert" I'm not sure it worth coming here anymore. After today, I'll be searching for a new doctor.

I've been a patient of Dr. Tosti for several years. She is the best - very knowledgeable with great manners and she takes the time to explain your issue and the best available options. I feel my self very lucky to meet her so I strongly want to suggest to everyone the Dr. Antonella Tosti.

You're just another number in a long line. Don't expect quality service or good bedside manners. Instead you will have to book an appointment 6 months in advance only to rushed through the door

Dr Tosti is one of the most caring, intelligent, and expert dermatologists I have ever encountered. She is extremely professional, has a wealth of knowledge and is empathetic with her patients. I saw her for a hair disorder, which can be quite frustrating, and she spent time with me, is extremely compassionate. I especially love that she uses a dermatoscope and photographs and tracks your progress because it is hard to see improvement in yourself. Thank you for all of your help I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation. There is a reason she is one of the foremost hair/nail/contact dermatitis experts in the world.
