I had a great first visit with Dr. Mesa. The staff was friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Dr. Mesa was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. He was not in a rush to see another patient or dismissive. He listened to my concerns, thoroughly examined me, explained his diagnosis after reviewing my records, respected my concerns about going in a non-conservative approach, and went over a treatment plan. I was very impressed and left the office optimistic that I'm reaching the end of the tunnel with this sciatica nerve pain that I've been dealing with for over 2 months.

Lived in Miami Beach drove all the way to doctors office after givingmy insurance information before and when I arrived they informed that the dr is not in the Florida Blue contract, terrible!!!! why didn't the office clerk checked before?????? my husband is 92 took him with me cannot leave him alone he was very very tired and for nothing. Wouldn't recommend this doctor office.

Horrible service. Didn’t even get to meet Mesa because the nurse assistant was so rude. Guys go elsewhere. Not your normal doctor. Worst service ever.

I recommend Dr. Antonio Mesa to anyone. Dr. Mesa is a very knowledgeable neurologist and pain management specialist. Not only is he extremely educated in his field but also compassionate, caring and a humanitarian. My father had been struggling with back pain for months and attempting every medication without relief, Dr. Mesa was finally able to subdue his pain. Forever grateful to Dr. Mesa for helping my father.

My wife wait 5 weeks to get an appointment with this doctor, the office staff never informed my that they do not accept my health plan. Upon arrival to this medical appointment she was informed of the above. Even when I offered to pay a co-pay they refused. This place is the worst place that I have ever visited.

I recommend Dr Mesa to anyone. I refer to Dr Mesa as Dr House, if you’ve never seen the show, House and his staff are notorious for figuring out what is wrong with the most difficult diagnosis. I cried when he couldn’t see me anymore, due to his specialized treatment being pain and not MS. I referred a friend that spent 10 years seeing dr after dr and nor knowing what was going on. I made her an appointment (after my glowing recommendation) and within 5 minutes with Mesa diagnosed her correctly and had her tested ASAP to confirm diagnosis before referring her to a cardiologist. He is the best doctor in all of Miami!
