Dr. Farias was very attentive, thorough and informative during my appointment. His staff was nice and efficient with my time. I’m glad to have found this doctor.
Bad communication
He saw me in the hospital. Excellent getting through with explaining my condition and the follow up . Very professional, kind and understanding. I sure will recomnend this Dr. to friends and family.
An amazing doctor, and human being, very dedicated! I'm thankful he took care of my husband and made him recover from a terminal state to a stable state and now recovering
Dr. Farias is cold in manner. He does not tell you results of tests unless you ask. He gave me no recommendations as to what to eat/drink etc. I saw him twice, the second time he said "whatever you're doing, keep it up".. so what's the point of seeing this doctor? Never went back
I don't really like this Doctor that much i don't understand why this generations of young Doctors are not becoming so professional as they should be. I don't think he is that great of a doctor i feel like since he is young and wears the white coat, he thinks he is like the best doctor out there. When I see a good doctor they will sit down with you and explain your situation in person. He really doesn't do that He just reads your results say that your fine and you can leave now. After waiting such a long time in the waiting room he tells me i'm fine. I had to find another doctor. Also, the parking there is not so great there is never no parking spot there people coming in and out traffic is horrible for such a small space our city has been over populated. I have to tell my husband to drop me off as he goes around looking for a spot or he goes some where else until i'm done to pick me up. I mean he's an ok doctor but I honestly don't like young pretty boy doctor i prefer more of an older doctor in their 50's because they seem to know more. Always older doctors have a better methods of explain things then these new doctors. If you want this kind of doctor you can stay with him but i stayed with him about 4 years and found another one.
Good doctor but too long of a wait. It's not fair to the elderly patients.
Never had test results readily available. Recommended to drink soda with lime to a pt with chronic renal failure stage 3 when this is contraindicated..... I. Changed nephrologist
I am a kidney patient. Started with Farias in 2013. Said a few months ago I did not need to worry about dialysis. Went on dialysis recently. He doesnt seem interested and makes appointments sparingly. He is aloof, very formal and not very warm. I dont know if he is really experienced.Makes you wait forever at the office visit.
Dr. Farias is great! Really caring.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
