Took him almost 48 hours to see an EMERGENCY case in the Hospital, walks in and wanted to discharge my mom, without examining her. USELESS doctor..

He was referred to us by a friend and he was the biggest mistake we made throughout the pregnancy. He was extremely rude and disrespectful to my wife during her labor. He shouted loudly at my wife " Relax your to old to be screaming!". He made her hold her own legs up without any support from the nurses. Once the baby was delivered he turned to me and said" I hope your not planning on having another baby with her because she was no good for delivering". He said this right in front of her and it made her feel extremely embarassed and insecure. The only reason I did not ask Dr.Del La Torre to leave was because it was extremely late and she was in labor. I honestly dont know if he might have had a bad day but that does not excuse his actions! No one deserves to be disrespected and treated with such insensitivity . Especially towards their own patients.

Besides the horrible wait time. He treated me as if I have had 5 kids already or something. It was my first pregnancy and he did not explain anything to me AT ALL. When it came time for delivery I was induced for no reason when my body was already going into labor naturally it ended up going so fast that they couldn't even give me an epidural!

HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING. HAS HAD 4 MEDICAL MALPRACTICE CLAIMS AGAINST HIM IN THE PAST 20 YEARS. HAD TO PAY A 450,000 MALPRACTICE SUIT IN 2004.
