Worst experience ever. This physician has good ratings because he makes his staff do it because there is no way a patient would rate this physician any more than half a star. 3 hours in the lobby, makes no eye contact, answers personal calls during the visit, does not return calls, does not follow through with referrals, wants you to do blood work but doesn't hand you the order. To get him to do the order he forgot to give you would be another appt and another 3 hours in the lobby. good luck
