I have been going to this EXTREMELY professional and kind hearded doctor for many years. I moved an couldn't get to him because it was too far from me.. But now I'm back in the neighborhood and I'm definitely to start seeing him again.. Well Since his receptionist Mercy has been there for a pretty long long time and I HAVER NEVER,EVER SEEN EITHER WITH AN ATTITUDE, RUDE ACTIONS OR EVEN A BAD,OR NASTY FACE! ALWAYS WITH A SMILE AND ALWAYS POLITE AND IF I WOULD EVER HAVE ANY KIND OF INSURANCE PROBLEMS, I HAD MY ISSUE SOLVED OR MAYBE NOT(which it wouldn't be her fault) RESOLVED WITH PROFESSIONAL MANNER. SO , WHAT TO YOU THAT DAY THAT IT WAS,,,,, "PROBABLY YOU THOUGHT THAT YOU WERE LOOKING AT YOURSELF IN THE MIRROR AND MAYBE YOU WERE SEEING YOUR REFLECTION, OR WOKE UP ON THE SIDE OF BED, "IT HAPPENS " INSTEAD IT WAS MERCY, THAT BEAUTIFUL YOUNG LADY. Absolutely would not use this office. I cant say any skill of the doctor as I have not seen him. I made an appointment in advance with Carrie who is supposedly the manager. I gave my insurance information, birthdate etc. and was scheduled. The day before my appointment I called them to confirm my appointment and get the address information. I spoke with Marie who told me that they actually do not accept my insurance. She was nice enough to double check, but she said they have not accepted Blue Cross Blue Shield/ Anthem for over a year. I find this to be very unprofessional, it takes weeks to get appointments these days. The manager was not in at this time but people should not be treated in this manner especially those providing health care. If anyone has any other places to complain about this, please message me.

Estoy totalmente de acuerdo con el review de Fabiana Fernandez (review de 1 estrella). MI QUEJA ES SOBRE MARIA, LA ADMINISTRADORA DE LA OFICINA DEL DR. LOPEZ. Una muchacha que trabaja en la oficina del Dr. Lopez como recepcionista me dijo que esta mujer, la pesadisima y grocerisima administradora, se llama "Maria." No se si Fabiana se equivoco de nombre cuando escribio su Google review (Fabiana dice que la mujer se llama "Mercy"), pero presiento que Fabiana y yo estamos hablando de la misma persona por que cuando llame la oficina hoy, 20 de Marzo del 2019, esta Maria, la administradora, se comporto conmigo de una manera tan despectiva e irrespetuosa. La otra recepcionista, una muchacha mas joven, si fue muy amable y paciente conmigo. Ella me ayudo entender una regla confusa que tiene el doctor. Esta regla exige que TODOS LOS PACIENTES, ANTES DE VERSE CON EL DOCTOR, TIENEN QUE PAGAR UN DEPOSITO DE $120 EN EFECTIVO AUNQUE TENGAN SEGURO MEDICO Y AUNQUE PAGEN UN CO-PAGO. EL DINERO QUE NO SE USE PARA EL PACIENTE SERA DEVUELTO EN EL FUTURO. Llame para preguntar si le daban a los pacientes un comprobante, algo firmado por el doctor, prometiendo que el dinero que no se use sera devuelto al paciente. Maria me informo que la clinica no daba este tipo de comprobante. Le dije que me sentia incomoda dandoles tanto dinero en efectivo sin que me den algo por escrito prometiendo que el dinero no usado sera devuelto. Le pregunte: "Como voy a saber si su clinica de verdad me va a devolver mi dinero?" Ella me respondio que esa era la regla, y me colgo el telefono. No lo podia creer. Entonces, llame de nuevo y hable con la recepcionista amable que me habia ayudado entender esta regla rarisima. Le pregunte sobre lo del comprobante y ella me dijo que solo daban un recibo. Despues le pedi a ella el nombre de la mujer grocera que me habia colgado el telefono. Esta muchacha me dijo que la mujer se llamaba MARIA y que ella era la administradora de la oficina. Le dije a la muchacha amable que Maria no sabia como hablarle a la gente y que me iba a quejar sobre su comportamiento asqueroso durante mi cita con el Dr. Lopez manana, 21 de Marzo del 2019. Ahi es cuando Maria agarro el telefono y me dijo que el Dr. Lopez era muy mayor de edad, y que por eso existia la regla sobre el deposito de $120 sin comprobante firmado por el doctor prometiendo que el dinero no usado seria devuelto. MARIA TAMBIEN ME INFORMO QUE ESTABA CANCELADA MI CITA PARA MANANA. YO ESTABA COMPLETAMENTE SORPRENDIDA Y LE PREGUNTE "QUE? ME VA A CANCELAR MI CITA?" Y MARIA ME CONTESTO QUE ME CANCELO MI CITA PARA QUE PUDIERA ENCONTRAR OTRO DOCTOR, Y ME COLGO POR SEGUNDA VEZ. Es un asco total tratar a los pacientes de esta manera. Personas trabajando en la oficina de una clinica medica deben saber como comportase con el publico. El hecho de que esta mujer sea la administradora de esta clinica le debe dar verguenza al Dr. Lopez. Personas tan odiosas e impacientes no deben trabajar con personas enfermas y que sienten dolor. No importa lo talentoso o inteligente que sea el Dr. Lopez si esta empleando este tipo de personaje para representar su negocio. El Dr. se defiende mucho en esta pagina de Google review en vez de darle la razon a los clientes. No me sorprenderia si justifica el comportamiento grocero, vergonzoso, y despectivo de la Maria, o Mercy, o como se llame. Tampoco me sorprenderia si mienten sobre lo que sucedio hoy, pero esta es la PURA VERDAD.

Mercy is a woman from his staff. HORRIBLE person, unprofessional and rude. She didn’t verify very well the insurance and call the patients with attitude and telling “you are not in the system of the insurance”. WRONG. She didn’t do her job in a well manner and professional.
