Dr Mansur should not be accepting new patients as he does not have time to see those he currently has. In August the first available appointment (for an established patient with an ongoing condition) was 11/5, That was cancelled by him and moved to 12/22 which was again cancelled for something mid January 2022 and cancelled a fourth time for mid March. I could be blind or dead by the time he eventually keeps an appointment. Staff are polite but as you can not speak to anyone except remote schedulers there is no way to give feedback other than by review
