After a severe car accident in 2003, I was recommended to Bascom Palmer. I was fortunate to then have Dr. Audina Berrocal as my physician. Through the years I've had 5 procedures. Subsequently, unable to bear the pain, I had to have my eye removed.. Through these many years Dr. Audina Berrocal has been my personal angel. I've come as far as I have because of Dr Berrocal. She has always been very knowledgeable, warm, understanding and supportive. During my 2015 appointment and at my then painful situation, Dr Berrocal immediately call Dr. Erickson to schedule my surgery. Being in pain but still uneasy and because of our long medical history, Dr. Berrocal was able to assist with my decision and ease my fears to this life changing experience.

Dr. did not want to do a proper follow up with us on a very important eye issue that my child has. Staff is rude.

0 stars. The most horrible! Heartless. My precious 2,5 months daughter went thru serious evaluation under the general anaesthesia. We are trying to contact office for 1 week, emailed the Doctor plenty of times, no answer what so ever from no one! We are sick worrying and Doctor doesn’t care!

We'll be forever thankful with Dr. Berrocal for saving my daughter's eyes. She is a God's sent, knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. Many doctors dismissed my concerns about my kid's retina issues related to a genetic condition since regular testing always came back normal. Thanks to other parents with the same experience I followed my gut and brought my child to her, she validated my concerns and after performing an IVFA we found her retina's were in very bad shape,very compromissed. Fast forward 2 years later till today, I prais God and thank to Dr. Berrocal for saving my little one's sight. We'll continue to have her under this wonderful doctor's care for as long as needed. 🙏🏼

Dr Berrocal is one of the sweetest doctors you’ll ever meet. She’s been amazing for our son and has done several of his surgeries. She’s so well known to many other doctors which shows her amazing reputation. If you have retinal issues - she’s the one to see!!

I meet doctor berrocal 14 years ago she did laser in my daughter eyes so she can see and of march of this year my daughter went in the the er with no vision from the right eye she did to big surgeries and Brittany got her vision back she is the best she's excellent thank you 💖💖 Cynthia and Brittany navarro
